The Pulsar thermal imaging camera binoculars Merger LRF XL50 offers you next-level thermal imaging. The image, generated by the new 1024x768 pixels thermal sensor, has high definition and rich details. Silhouettes, anatomy and behavioral characteristics of animals are clearly visible and easy to distinguish. The binoculars have a wide field of view of 14° and detailed imaging across the entire magnification range of 2.5-20x. Thanks to the large sensor, you have the best FOV/magnification ratio in its class, even at high zoom levels, up to 20x.
The powerful objective lens combined with a professional 12µm / 1024x768 pix HD thermal image sensor provides exceptional detection capabilities. A 1.8 meter subject can be detected at a distance of up to 2300 meters in complete darkness. The binoculars have a built-in laser rangefinder with a range of up to 1 kilometer. Measure distances in continuous scan modes with an accuracy of ± 1 meter for a quick and error-free assessment of the situation.
The binoculars are built based on the classic design of daytime binoculars. Its compact design makes it comfortable to hold. It is equipped with six function buttons, the most commonly used digital functions can be activated with a single push of a button.
The optical design of the binoculars fully takes into account the nature of human vision and displays two separate images. This means better detection of small or unclear objects and better performance in low-contrast situations. The interpupillary distance is adjustable from 56 to 71 mm, depending on the user.
The Merger LRF XL50 runs on two rechargeable batteys: one built-in with a capacity of 4 Ah, the other a replaceable one with a capacity of 3.2 Ah. A full battery lasts up to 8 hours.
