You can also choose the EXPRESS option, so your product will be repaired faster and you can get back to work quickly. You can buy this insurance in four regions: Asiaë, Europe, Australiaë and North America.
How to activate DJI Care Refresh

- Fill in the following here:
- Serial number of the gimbal
- DJI Care Refresh activation code
- Personal information

What are the conditions
The DJI Care Refresh imposes some conditions on the insurance:
- The gimbal must be new and not yet activated
- The Care Refresh must be activated within 48 hours after you activate the gimbal
- You can only have the gimbal repaired in the region where you bought it
- The Care Refresh is not valid on OUTLET gimbals
- The Care Refresh is valid for 1 year (12 months)
The process follows the following five steps:
- A problem occurs with the gimbal. You can contact DJI at: www.dji.com/support for instructions on how to send the damaged gimbal
- You place a repair request online at: www.dji.com/service/repair
- The request will be sent to the DJI Repair Centre
- You will pay the replacement cost
- The repaired gimbal will be shipped to you free of charge
- Points for repair process
Please note: you must offer the gimbal that can be repaired. If the gimbal is lost, DJI will not reimburse you.
You need to contact DJI yourself. It can also be done via Kamera Express, but this will cause logistical delays.
