The X-S20 is fitted with the 26.1 MP X-Trans CMOS 4 sensor and the X-Processor 5. Together, these enable you to shoot high-quality images at lightning speed. In addition, this camera uses deep learning technology for comprehensive autofocus subject recognition. AI is used to recognise animals, birds, cars, motorbikes, bikes, planes, trains, insects and drones. The AF algorithm predicts where these subjects are in the frame and ensures it is always in focus, so you can concentrate on your framing.

The X-S20 is also great for capturing stunning video footage. Internally, the camera can record in up to 6.2K resolution at 30fps in 4:2:2 10-bit colour depth, as well as in 4K/60fps and 1080/240fps. You'll capture your video in F-Log2 for a wide dynamic range of 13+ stops, allowing you to enjoy even more creative freedom in post-production. Fujifilm has also added a new Vlog mode to the X-S20, when used with the TG-BT1 tripod grip. Making your vlog productions even easier.

The Fujifilm X-S20 is also equipped with five-axis in-body image stabilisation that offers up to a whopping 7-stops correction. The Fujifilm XF 16-55mm f/2.8 R LM WR is a weather resistant lens that offers a 35mm equivalent focal length of 24-82.5mm. This is suitable for both wide angle and portrait. With a constant f/2.8 aperture, it is effective in low light conditions and able to focus with a shallow depth of field. The lens is compatible with all Fujifilm X-mount mirrorless cameras and features an advanced lens design, internal focusing and a Twin Linear Motor AF system for extremely fast and near-silent autofocus.

The lens construction consists of 17 elements in 12 groups. The optical design includes three additional Low Dispersion (ED) elements to reduce chromatic aberrations and three aspherical elements to reduce spherical aberrations and distortions throughout the zoom range. In addition, a Nano-GI and HT-EBC coating has been applied to the lens elements to minimize the refractive index between the elements and prevent lens flare and ghosting. In combination with some X-series cameras, the Lens Modulation Optimiser technology corrects diffraction, even at small apertures. This provides increased edge-to-edge sharpness.

The lens is provided with 14 different weather resistant layers to protect the lens against moisture and dust. This allows you to continue to use the lens in harsh conditions. The internal focus and internal zoom design also help to prevent dust from entering the lens while keeping the lens easy to handle thanks to its compact shape. The minimum focusing distance of the lens is 30cm, and the circular aperture with 9 blades ensures a pleasant out-of-focus.
